Eric’s portfolio includes projects that range from investment renovations and residential remodels to large multifamily and student housing developments.
Eric is originally from Chattanooga TN, where he resides with his wife, Jane and their two Sons.
After moving to Chattanooga, Eric and Jane combined their Construction and Real Estate knowledge to form
K4 Property Group, LLC. in 2021.
In 2023, K4 Property Group expanded to open
The Designery Northwest Atlanta, a Kitchen, Bath and Closet Company.
